How have the components of the kit helped develop Student-Teacher communication? My students already had strengths in this area but possibly some of the girls are better at having the confidence to tell me and talk to me about things they usually wouldn't.

“A good idea it didn’t get a great lift off with all students. The plans were well detailed and the materials great. I am sure lockdown did affect students' ability to do this pack.”

How have the components within the kit helped develop your student self-confidence? The students were engaged with parts of the kit but some aspects were a bit unclear.

How have the components of the kit helped develop Student-Teacher communication? The students liked the novelty of the professionally made charging station and liked to add their chip each day (at morning role and afternoon role times). We found some really good insight from students who do not like to come and speak with us in person

The box that allowed the students to let me know how they were feeling was a good indicator of the classes over mood. I liked how the book allowed the students to put their thoughts & feel

How have the components of the kit helped develop Student-Teacher communication? I think the kids were able to be more open with me and know I was there to support them. They were able to share their experiences and understand that during activities that were challenging they had the strategies to push through.

How have the components of the kit helped develop Student-Teacher communication? The students have been able to approach us teachers with their feelings. This was a great kit especially for our year 7 &8 students.

“We really enjoyed doing this kit especially during lockdown. We were able to use it through our online learning. This was great for those students that were struggling with the lockdown. Thank you again for such a great kit!”

“This kit was a great one to use as kids came back from Lockdown this year. Although I left out parts for the year 8 class due to their age, eg. the wall recharge battery, the booklets created great opportunity for discussion around strengths and weaknesses, and a great tool for self-analysis.”

Lockdown interrupted and when we returned we had a lot of extra issues to deal with plus extra commitments and interruptions in our teaching as covid 19 fallout.. I am looking to reuse afresh in term 1 next year and would prefer to review properly then

How have the components of the kit helped develop Student-Teacher communication? A few of the boys in my class were very anti, an attitude of whats the point, just shut up and get on with it etc. Showing that it is really needed in our rural farming community and we have more work to do on engagement with challenging topics.
