Please provide 2+ examples of student voice on the kit's impact on them Student A - The tokens were helpful because, if we are having a bad day and were feeling a bit shy we didn't have to go up to the teacher in front of everyone. Student B - tokens were good because we were upset with someone else in the class we could let the teacher know without other people listening in.

Which kit components were the most impactful and why? Tokens because it gave students and opportunity to indicate they are struggling (or not) in a private way.

What is the legacy this kit will leave behind on your learners? emotional regulation, sharing their feelings in a non threatening way.

What impact has this kit had on your classroom community? This was the biggest impact. Students were able to lift each other up using the 'green' cards. It helped to create a safe space to express their feelings.

“The class enjoyed the check in tokens, particularly at the beginning of the year. We did a modifited version of the potrait tasks using photos and then drawing, what's in their head.”

Please provide 2+ examples of student voice on the kit's impact on them 1: The boys enjoyed being able to name their feelings in the morning if their day did not start well. 2: The girls like being able to write notes to the teacher about problems they had with their friends that made them feel not so great.

How has this kit helped develop student resilience? it has impacted the class culture - so students will have another go at something and will encourage others to do so too.

What impact has this kit had on your classroom community? It was a brilliant way to start the year and has added a positive and caring vibe.

“The resources and teaching suggestions were useful. Most valuable were the tasks that required students to interview family. I particularly liked the task that asked students to identify three key family members and the qualities they displayed. These engagements were powerful provocations for building identity and confidence. We attempted to use the pockets and had some success with them. Students enjoyed indicating how they felt each morning however the novelty wore off over time.”
