In what ways has this kit improved students awareness of nutrition and healthy eating?
The children trialed different vegetables and many found that some they had not eaten before tasted nice. Parent feedback was very positive. Classroom lunches appear to have less packet food and more fresh fruit particularly with our Tongan families.
