The children were already aware of the need for a balanced diet. Brainfood is eaten at brain break time and healthy eating is encouraged at lunchtime but this Kit introduced the children to new veggies and I noted that because of the kit they went looking
How successful was this kit in promoting student ability to identify vegetables?
Still have a wee bit of work to do with the New Entrants. Good recognition of the common known types of veggies eg, carrot, corn, cabbage. Still learning about borage, thyme, the different radishes and kale vs silverbeet etc.
