Room 20 loved our little garden kit. It tied in nicely with our topic this term of growing and fairy tales. We loved being part of the secret club and having a badge to show we belonged. There was great learning happening, talking about how the plants grow, learning action/consequence when watering too much or not enough, learning about new foods, learning the parts of a plant. We loved watching the soil pellet expand - that was a highlight for many. Great hands on learning fun.
