In what ways has this kit improved student awareness of nutrition and healthy eating? It provided the children with an opportunity to do some planting an experience our children don't get very often. The children enjoyed having a plant to look after and getting to take home

How successful was this kit in promoting student ability to identify vegetables? I was surprised with the fact that many veges were not ones my children had experience of - had never seen/ did not know the names of/ or had not tried them - so it certainly widened their horizons

“We really enjoyed our kit...although we had a delayed start in getting cracking we carried on with gusto...we looked at different veges and herbs than what we already familiar with, we looked at how and when they grow, and how we could use them nd eat the different types.”
