My year 1 loved this kit from start to finish. The buy in from start with the embellished story that I too was a member of this secret organisation and the support I had to carry out this story from other members of staff made this even more special for the children. They enjoyed every aspect from applying to HQ to the code crackers to the growing and tasting of various vegetables!

So super awesome! My class LOVED the little gardens. It tied in nicely with what we were doing in class (Scarlett runner bean growing race!) Each child randomly chose a little garden, planted it, nutured it and then took it home to plant in their own garden. The spare ones have been planted in our school garden. Too cute!

The Little Garden Kit was fantastic. We ended up running it a little differently and it started Term 4 off with great excitement. We ended up with a Room 14 Cookbook of our favourite veggie recipes being produced. Lots of learning opportunities... especially when plants died due to lack of love and water. Was actually quite surprised at what the children didn't know.
