“I was completely overwhelmed as a teacher at the beginning on how to implement this kit with a Year 3/4 class but once I had worked it out it has become one of the highlights of the year. The responsibility the children took in their roles was fantastic and I am sure this is something they will never forget. What an amazing kit and an amazing opportunity for children to volunteer. I am so pleased in a year of chaos we had a moment of kindness and compassion. Thank you School Kit for creating this kit and for the sponsors.”

What was the community impact of your volunteering project? The target / purpose of our project was to demonstrate kindness and take time to spend with people. A number of our students soon realised how important communication was and how a simple hello - how are you could put a smile on someones face.
