“This is a fabulous kit and a wonderful opportunity for students to show Manaakitanga for a community event. We visited a local retirement home, made morning tea, sang Carols, made Christmas cards and read to the elderly residents. It was a beautiful and joyful experience for all.”

What was the community impact of your volunteering project? we have fundraised and made packs for shoebox christmas for both children and the elderly. We also raised money for life flight, ronald mcdonald house and starship.

“Really great at motivating children to get involved. The advent of Cyclone Gabrielle this year as it made a real life situation where everyone did their bit to help. Children understood how a collective group of people could have a massive impact. How everyone contributing, no matter how small the action made a huge difference.”
