“The SVA Volunteer Kit was a fantastic resource in assisting with a community service project for Hurunui College. The "Choose your project" guide helped the students break down their ideas and helped them select a realistic project to undertake. The "Build a Team" checklist also assisted them in identifying the team's strengths and where to place individuals. This resulted in a positive project choice of cleaning up the local Hawarden netball courts in preparation for a club day. The project was realistic and achievable in the short timeframe that we had to work with.”
