About ScratchSleeves:

ScratchSleeves are invaluable in coping with itchy, scratchy babies and children. The smooth silk mitts minimise damage, allowing your little one's skin time to heal, while the sleeve design ensures that ScratchSleeves stay firmly in place. Stopping babies, toddlers and young children scratching themselves can be a real challenge, especially as they get older and can take off traditional scratch mitts.

ScratchSleeves are effective for all sorts of scratching and irritation including eczema, chicken pox, scab-picking, post-operative healing, ear pulling and poking, overly enthusiastic thumb sucking and even hair pulling.

“Bought 2 of these for my Grandson. He is one but we did buy the 18-21 months which is a little big but fits fine. These have been a godsend. When he scratches away no damage is done to his skin. He can move around easily in it. They are good quality, they also wash great, esp as they are in the machine every other day. Would like to see more colours and maybe a 2 for offer as they are a little expensive as Ideally we would like to get a few more for him. But I would recommend them.”

“These have definitely helped prevent my child from scratching herself into cuts at night time. They are comfortable and velcro holds well. The mitten part is big enough that it doesnt restrict hand to one uncomfortable position - my child can stretch their fingers and open / close hand easily. They've lasted being gently washed in washing machine and have been ok tumble dried on the gentlest setting, although they air dry fine and air drying will probably help them last longer. Will buy again when my child needs to size up”

“These cross over sleeves are an absolute life saver! Our son suffers with severe eczema and although he can still itch with the sleeves on it saves the skin from breaking and prevents infection. We also have multiple pairs of the pj's. The only thing I would say is size down. Our boy is quite a big lad and at 2.5years he is wearing the 18-21 month in sleeves and 21-24 pj's. We will continue to use scratch sleeves products they are amazing quality and long lasting”

“Silk mits worn through exposing fingers after only 2 months of use. All 4 I purchased have done this. I have washed them at 30 degrees on a delicate setting along with other delicate clothes with non-bio powder. Not happy.”
