“I wouldn’t know because I haven’t received the item and your customer service is absolutely shocking. I was told it would take 2 days to look into it, that was over a week ago and nothing not even my money back! I have bought from you in the past and everything was ok but after this never again!”

“Arrived quickly. Looks good and would have rated 5 stars but the first time I put it on, the bracelet broke. Pin appears to have come out of one of the links. Can return to Sekonda for repair but more convenient to take to local jeweller.”
