“Disappointing. The main part of the watch is made out of cheap silver plastic. Looks like a kids toy. The strap is nice but you can't change the size yourself so added cost here. I wouldn't recommend due to the cheap plastic element. Very disappointing.”

“I have nothing to review, I ordered direct from their website. A watch and watch strap. I have received only a watch strap, but different to the one ordered, which is no use without a watch! This was a few weeks ago and It still hasn’t been resolved. Customer service is taking over a week to get back to emails and making obscene suggestions. I’m so disappointed. I was ordering to start a fitness programme- the programme has started now. Should have stuck to an Apple Watch like I have for many years, I was looking forward to a change up. Would not order again. No watch, no money back - fraud !”

“Looks okay, waste of money, after frustrating experience trying to set the watch gave up and tried to contact customer service, still waiting for assistance. Touch screen waste of time ( pardon the pun!). This is a Christmas present wish I had read all the reviews, very disappointed”

“Bit underwhelmed with its plastic finish and lack of apps - just bought my partner a cheaper watch and this made the Sekonda look like a kids toy. I bought this as it had a metal bracelet. Wish I had bought a different one…. Sorry”
