“I bought this for my daughter's birthday. She wanted to wear it on the day so we took it to a jeweller to get the bracelet adjusted. We found it wasn't keeping time so he also put in a new battery, This cost £20. It still isn't keeping time so I will now have to return it. Hopefully they will adjust the replacement to the same measurement otherwise I will have to pay again. Very disappointed!”

“Even though I needed extra links, which they sent when I enquired about them. Sekonda is my favourite make of watch, this is my third one I treated myself to. Delivery and response to my query definitely rate all 5 stars. Highly recommend and so glad I got the chance to buy one again. Thank you”

“Dropped watch (as I was putting it on whilst sitting on a chair) onto a Lino floor and glass smashed. Emailed Sekonda but no reply. Had many watches and never had this happen before.”
