This Sekonda Flex smart watch features a silver alloy case with a 1.1 inch, round, interactive dial. Features include step/distance/calorie tracker, sleep monitor, blood oxygen measurement, notifications and more. The watch is fastened with a 20mm stainless steel mesh strap and has a water resistance rating of IP67. This means that the watch is splashproof but not recommended for swimming or watersports. “Stylish design comfortable to wear. Great as a watch, syncs well to phone via Bluetooth. Unfortunately not good as a fitness tracker, has preset exercise categories such as kayaking, roller skating, rock climbing, but not things like weightlifting or boxing, have to use Other Sport setting.It doesn’t calculate calorific burn correctly either.”

“Unfortunately the app did not support this smart watch. Was told to try another app but this is inconsistent regards step, sleep and BP counts. I really like the watch itself but it is NOT smart!”
