“A lovely watch but I was incredibly disappointed with the packaging and presentation. It arrived in the post and was just thrown through the letterbox in an envelope/polythene bag. This was intended as a gift for somebody, therefore a watch at this expense would be much nicer in a box. In contrast, a similar watch that I purchased via Amazon arrived beautifully in a presentation box which therefore makes a nicer present.”
