“The metal rollerball does not work with the easy that is indicated in the videos. And I’m pretty sure nobody wants to be dragging the skin below the eye like that. This makes the application of the product a bit tough, a little disappointed tbh as the actual product is great and does give you that well rested look.”
Hi Adam, thank you so much for your feedback. Sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the applicator. Please allow me to try to help. When using the metal ball applicator, it helps if you roll it a few times on the back of your hand first until the liquid starts to come out smoothly. After that, you can apply directly under your eyes with just a gentle roll of the ball over your skin. Please avoid squeezing the tube when applying, as the pressure will make it harder to roll the metal ball, hence stopping the product from coming out evenly. I had to place it on my hand and apply the product around the eye area with my finger, Which realy defeats the object of having a roller ball for easy application of product.......

The metal roller ball is a unique applicator for this product, which helps control the dosage as well as massage the delicate under eye skin. When using Eye Eye Captain for the first time, it might help if you roll it a few times on the back of your hand first, then the product should start to come out smoothly. After that, you should be able to roll it straight onto your under eye skin. Also worth noting that there is no need to squeeze the tube when applying, because it would push the metal roller ball too far forward, making it stiff and blocking the product from coming out evenly.
