One tip on using the under eye concealer:
When the concealer is new, it helps to roll the metal ball on the back of your hand a few times first until the product starts to come out. Then you can just gently roll it onto you under eye skin. Please try NOT to squeeze the tube and in fact when you squeeze too hard the ball is pressed too tight against the exit, it stops the product flow altogether. Please let us know if we can help further.

“The concealer was more like paint, it was hard to apply and put on, and especially to blend. I tried using different amounts but it just looked and felt weird every time. The under-eye product was also really difficult to smother and blend. The only thing I didn't mind was the lip balm because it looked quite nice and natural while still having a shine, but after a few weeks I noticed my lips felt really dry and almost damaged so I stopped using it immediately and went back to vaseline to heal.”
