I just wanted to clarify a couple of points to help reassure you and other customers: the earmuffs aren’t faulty — they naturally fold when not being worn, and once opened up fully and placed on the head, they should sit evenly.
The fluffy lining is indeed 100% sheepskin, and while there are some decorative elements such as the glitter that are not sheepskin, the product itself is genuine. We’ll look at updating our product description to make this clearer going forward.
