“I am absolutely in love with Sheepers! I'm on my third pair of slippers ( I had been buying from them for some time ) the clippers do last .
I have a Gilet, some merino sleep socks, mittens, ear muffs, along with 4 pairs of silk touch pyjamas.
Every single item is of the best quality , great service every time . I have also purchased mittens, ear muffs, Birkenstock's, gloves and pyjamas as gifts, all very well received.
I really cannot praise this company enough .”
“Very disappointed.....bought one pair which were lovely and came in a little bag but unfortunately the threads on the front of one slipper is coming away! Also before this happened I ordered another 2 x pairs for presents and they were just shoved into a bag... no extra little bag for each pair of slippers 😤 .... NO care taken whatsoever !!”

“I ordered a star shaped cushion in blue velvet for my grandson on 21st December not expecting it to arrive until after Christmas. It was delivered on the 24th - great timing. The cushion is gorgeous, really soft and a beautiful colour. I would definitely order from Sheepish again.”
“I shopped a Black Friday deal & am Extremely disappointed that 2 shearling blankets for gifting arrived without a quality check.. holes stitches up..who knows if the replacements will arrive in time… what a shame as the blankets look so snuggly REVISED REVIEW.. thankfully the replacement was received in time for xmas … UNFORTUNATELY poorer quality than the original faulty items.I was assured the replacement would be top quality and inspected . I shall now be requesting a refund and frantically looking for new blankets to gift. UPDATE. The company are not looking to resolve this, accusing me of using the same pictures of faults! They want me to return their replacement faulty goods at my expense and have no interest in refunding me before xmas, Shocked to say the least.. I expected a service and care, £150 of mine they have, it would’ve taken just a sorry and a refund to keep good customer relations.. which unfortunately hasn’t happened.Shame sheepers ruined Christmas! I have blankets with hole they have my money family have no gifts … shocking…”

“I’m not that happy tbh
As a returning customer, the sizing has changed and what I ordered last time are too small this time (and I took the advice given to buy on the small side but the sole is too small which won’t give) and the returns process is not easy. There is a loose thread on the patterned part of one of the slippers and I’m regretting making this purchase. The website shipping charging was not clear and I was charged when I didn’t think I would be. I’m being asked to explain this in my emails to customer service but I don’t know because it was on a webpage that isn’t there now. I’m a really busy person and should have gone to M&S for convenience rather than use a smaller company (that I wanted to support and was really happy with last time when my slippers were nearly half the price they are now!)
Sorry for the bluntness but it’s just been a hassle I could do without.”

To clarify on the delivery charge: our free shipping applies to orders over £60, and your order of one pair of size 7 Lucky Dip Sheepers fell below that threshold. We did explain this in our email correspondence, but we understand how that may have felt unclear at checkout, so we’ll review the page to make sure it’s as transparent as possible going forward.
For returns, the process is simple — you just need to send the slippers back with a note stating whether you’d like an exchange or refund, and we’ll take care of the rest. Please also note we offer free exchanges, so there’s no extra cost if you’d like to swap for a different size.
With regards to the loose thread, from the photo it looks like it may have been pulled slightly — this can usually be smoothed back into place by gently adjusting the embroidery. However, if you’d prefer, you’re more than welcome to return them to us and we’ll sort that for you.
We’re sorry that this order has felt like a hassle, and we’ll take your comments on board to improve. We know that larger retailers can feel more convenient, but we’re proud to handmake our slippers with genuine sheepskin and unique designs that unfortunately many bigger stores have since imitated. We hope you’ll give us another chance to provide the experience you had with your first order.

“I couldn’t live without these now. I was recommended Sheepers by my chiropodist as I struggle with circulation in my feet and have arthritis in my toe joints, and they have helped so much! They are beautifully made, and are so comfortable. Because they are sheep skin I wear them pretty much all of the time, as they never get too hot, but they keep me warm when it’s freezing cold. I have had Sheepers slippers for years now and would never get anything different. The customer service is second to none. I couldn’t recommend the company or the product highly enough!”

“I ordered the chestnut aviator in size L – I’m usually a size 12/14 and the fit is absolutely perfect. I’m so pleased with it! I also ordered some Lucky Dip Sheepers just for fun – I’m a size 6 and they fit perfectly. They were a little snug at first, but as Sheepers mentioned, they quickly moulded to my feet within minutes. The customer service was brilliant too – they were super quick to help me check the right sizing for the coat, which I’d definitely recommend doing before ordering. Thanks, Sheepers!”
