“My delivery went wrong so I contacted Ring and they were brilliant. They reshipped on a next day delivery and the lady gave me a follow up call to confirm shipment. This was a present for my wife, great product, great service thank you Ring”
“Not a bad dashcam with good quality footage although it's let down by the insecure wifi connection which doesn't allow me to change the WiFi ssid or the password so it's very easy for someone else to access the dashcam. I'm also not really keen on the fact I have to press and hold the up arrow to activate the WiFi then connect my phone to it and once done I have to hold the up arrow again although I'm pretty sure it will turn off when the ignition is off. The brings me to the next small issue, no battery so ignition needs to be on while accessing all the videos and photos, it would be easier to just remove the dashcam however the magnet is too strong that I have to remove the whole thing including the sticky mount bit which then causes another issue of loosing it's stickiness. At this moment I'm actually considering sending it back for a refund and I haven't even mentioned the worse part, the mount does not turn at all only up and down.”
“Although the purchase and delivery were excellent in efficiency, I am unable to rate the product as it is being given as a Christmas gift, so remains in the packaging for now”
