“Nice concept, look and feel. But failed in primary objective, as it wouldn't connect properly with Schraeder valve. So didn't register a pressure. Either sealing ring in connection was too hard, or stem at centre of this was too short. So didn't open the valve.

The gauge should form a proper seal with a Schrader valve and register pressure immediately, so the issue you’ve described isn’t typical. Without being able to examine the connector, it’s difficult to determine whether this was due to a faulty sealing ring, a valve stem issue, or something else altogether, but we completely understand your decision to return it.

“Valve opening too small on guage body. You have to press very hard to obtain a reading. It fels like the body of the guage is preventing contact with the tyre valve.”

“A very handy sized pressure gauge but it’s very tricky to use. Getting the right angle and pressure into the valve stem seems very difficult- will not read one of the tyres on my car.”
