Product is good. However, after being forced to pay for next day delivery, as there was no standard delivery option, the parcel didn't arrive the following day due to the courier (DPD) misplacing or losing it in their system. There was an attempted delivery 2 days after orfering, however I was out, and I didn't recieverl it until 4 days after ordering. Standard delivery would have done just fine for me, and seems silly just to offer 'next day', especially as the service doesn't live up to the billing. So 2 points off for that.

This is great! the material is firm enough with a bit of give; and I really like that you can adapt the firmness by pumping up the ball (a bit like a football). I find it good for massaging both sensitive areas when soft; and being able to pump the other up harder for more pressure on some muscles.

Very good product the balls although spiky they don’t have any scratchy bits. They have the correct resistance for a medium density. Comfortable for my back work and feet. Bought a set as a birthday present for a friend as well.

Excellent quality inflated design allows adjustment of hardness via needle valve (they come inflated to a reasonable level for immediate use). The 10cm ball works well for neck, shoulders, legs, back, feet and head/ neck in my case (175cm height with EU 43 size feet). I’ve first used the 8cm version in an organised class and was equally impressed with them and bought these as a result. Good value for money as well.
