“I've used Sissel pillows for more years than I care to remember and with the severity of my neck problems I could'nt manage withot it. My new pillow is more like the Sissel pillows were years ago and I hope they continue to remain so.”

“I received the wrong item in my order, which has now meant I have had to submit a return - The Sissel Plus was sent to me instead of the Sissel Soft Plus. However, the company has been helpful in sorting the return and a replacement will be on the way to be soon. Mistakes happen - but what matters is how you deal with them, and Sissel has been very helpful in this regard. Overrall, they seem like a good company with good products.”

“For my small (Spiky Ball) purchase, the final price of £22.25 came as a surprise. The price quoted was £15.95. Shipping and handling was charged at £6.30 and then a charge of £3.71 for VAT was added. The extras only became clear at the payment (rather then the "add to basket") stage.”
