“The delivery was fine but unfortunately the item is exacerbating pain in my back and backside. I bought it to put over my settee. My mum has one and hers isn't that comfortable but more than this and I thought this was slightly different. I'm mainly housebound so won't be able to return it. It is only the second day but it feels really uncomfortable.”

“There is nothing wrong with the products they are all fine thank you. However I wish to take issue with your post and packing charges. The only option for service was £18 for next day delivery. I didn't need it the next day so why isn't there an option for a cheaper service? I ordered the items on Friday 13th and whilst I appreciate it may have been too late for a Saturday delivery I did at least expect it to arrive on Monday 16th. It didn't actually arrive until Wednesday 18th, received from a very surly driver (that's not your fault although you may wish to take issue with the company you use).”
