“Generally good but wrong that expensive next day delivery is only option. In my case there was no urgency and I would have preferred a cheaper delivery which was not next day.”

“I received the wrong item in my order, which has now meant I have had to submit a return - The Sissel Plus was sent to me instead of the Sissel Soft Plus. However, the company has been helpful in sorting the return and a replacement will be on the way to be soon. Mistakes happen - but what matters is how you deal with them, and Sissel has been very helpful in this regard. Overrall, they seem like a good company with good products.”

“For my small (Spiky Ball) purchase, the final price of £22.25 came as a surprise. The price quoted was £15.95. Shipping and handling was charged at £6.30 and then a charge of £3.71 for VAT was added. The extras only became clear at the payment (rather then the "add to basket") stage.”

“Does what it says on the tin. I have had good improvement with my lower back pain and posture after using this wobble cushion regularly. I received a red one when I ordered a black one but I kept it anyway, as I had to put it inside a cushion cover as it feels very cold to sit on without one in this cold country. Would recommend!”

“Takes time to get used to. I find the centre of the lip of the pillow has lost its firmness quickly and not sure this is normal? It’s comfortable enough but I need some advice on whether it should be firmer. I got it for neck pain//stiffness which I still have but it has helped my sciatica.”
