“The returns process is antiquated and inconvenient. I am still awaiting confirmation that the product has been returned, since the company does not provide tracking information. Otherwise, my order arrived promptly and in good condition.”

“Great product which seems to be helping a little bit at the moment but hopefully this will improve. One way you can improve is by not stating next day delivery and charging for that service when in fact its 4 to 5 days. Very misleading for the buyer and because of this I had to purchase something similar from a different company while waiting. Hence not the 5 stars sorry.”

“The product is fine. Reasonably priced but £6.95 for postage for something that weighs virtually nothing is ridiculous. Postage was half the price of the product!”

With regards shipping our cost is £6.30 which is a next working day service, We offer this as it is what we find 99% of our customers now want, a fast and efficient delivery service. This is the charge we pay directly to the courier and we make no profit from this. If your items are small or you are happy for a slower delivery please contact us before placing your next order and we can look at alternative shipping methods for you.

“Good company and quick delivery but the classic orthopaedic pillow doesn’t work for me. It’s too low and my head falls back making me feel dizzy. Can I return please?”
