“the 2 pillow cases arrived in good time. Originally I was charged £15 for Carriage. The pillow cases were in fact sent by Royal Mail at a cost of £3.54 and when I raised this with Sissel they promptly refunded the difference. The original error was due to a misunderstanding on my part, so no criticism of Sissel”

“The sale went through very well. The only slight drawback was the delivery which was indicated as 8.50 to 12.50 but did occur until 3.45 but I realise this was out of your control”

“I've used Sissel pillows for about 12 years, never had any issues. I recently ordered a replacement as my current one was sagging a bit, the replacement arrived less than 24 hours after ordering, so a superb product and superb service.”

“Fantastic customer service! I realised that I had ordered the wrong type of orthopaedic pillow so I phoned Sissel customer services and Carol was extremely helpful. She traced it to the warehouse and managed to cancel that one and reorder the correct type of pillow which arrived two days later. It was also a much better price than displayed on Amazon. Highly recommend the company.”

“Sissel initially sent me the wrong item in error. I phoned them and without any argument, they sent the correct item with next day delivery and allowed me to keep the incorrect item.”
