“Fantastic customer service! I realised that I had ordered the wrong type of orthopaedic pillow so I phoned Sissel customer services and Carol was extremely helpful. She traced it to the warehouse and managed to cancel that one and reorder the correct type of pillow which arrived two days later. It was also a much better price than displayed on Amazon. Highly recommend the company.”

“Sissel initially sent me the wrong item in error. I phoned them and without any argument, they sent the correct item with next day delivery and allowed me to keep the incorrect item.”

“The returns process is antiquated and inconvenient. I am still awaiting confirmation that the product has been returned, since the company does not provide tracking information. Otherwise, my order arrived promptly and in good condition.”

“I’m very happy with the product, much less so with FedEx, who didn’t deliver the day they said they would, failed to deliver within the promised time window the following day and indicated they required a signature when they didn’t, resulting in my wife and I ensuring one of us was in when we didn’t need to be.”

“Didn’t need item urgently but no choice but to pay high amount for next day delivery, which was nearly as much as the item. Delivery wasn’t in fact next day but 2 days later. Complained to customer service who haven’t even bothered to reply.”

“I was very impressed with the prompt delivery. I had a mix up of pillow, which was my error and it was very promptly resolved, my new pillow sent and received quickly. The staff member was extremely helpful and gave me great advice. The pillow I have is the Sissel Soft, which after slipping two discs in my neck and being operated on a year ago, I was still struggling with sleep, it is now a relief to have a comfy sleep at last! There are so many types of pillows, I would advise if you are uncertain to call first to talk through options. Staff extremely helpful. Thank you”

“Great service from Sissel. My order was processed and dispatched very quickly, receiving my goods just two days after the order date. The Franklin fascia balls are such good tools, far superior to other fascia/massage balls that I haved used, so it has been good to be able to recommend these to my clients. I highly recommend both Sissel and the Franklin Method balls.”
