“Very pleased with this, I purchased this to use it with the door anchor to work the triceps. I was looking for a way to work the triceps that would be suitable whilst I finish recovering from Tennis Elbow and it's ideal. I was unsure which resistance to go for, I felt the light yellow may be too light as I judged it on how the yellow fit band feels however I think the yellow would have given some challenge as the medium red has significant challenge for me, but not too much so. A simple and effective piece of kit that can be used for many different exercises, which I will look forward to trying.”
