“It is so hard its unuseable at the moment. This is the 3rd one i have had over a number of years but think the filling has been changed.
Trying to soften by putting it under weight??

Our classic pillow range has not changed in over 30 years. Overtime the pillow will soften so comparing a brand new pillow to one that has been used for years it will feel firmer to begin with. As you make use of the pillow it will begin to soften and feel the same as your current and previous pillows.
