“I want to preface this by saying the item is fantastic - it looks good, feels good, was easy to put together, and looks high quality. My only gripe is that I feel a bit mislead in that I spent a LONG time trying to find a futon before going for this, and one of the things that drew me to this one was the lack of buttons & dips where the buttons go - so imagine my surprise when I find out the mattress has them, but they appear hidden by the covers in the images. Small issue overall.”
