“Absolutely fabulous product and first class customer service. I spent ages looking for the right sofa bed and finally went for the VAST sofa bed. We bought two and they arrived as planned from a really helpful delivery firm. We had some issues constructing them but after a really helpful video call with Sit and Sleep we got them built. Only wish they made the model in a king size! The sofas are so comfortable we would highly recommend. The service from Sit and Sleep is fantastic.”
“Delivery was made, as scheduled, by a cheerful and helpful IT Distribution driver. The packaging was suitably robust but easy to open. The product is, as described, very good construction and quality. We found the assembly instructions difficult to understand and assimilate but we persevered and completed the assembly with some telephone assistance from Sit & Sleep. They provided excellent service throughout all the phases of our purchase which made for a very positive customer experience.”
“I'm very happy with my purchase. We went for the thickest mattress and it's very comfortable to sit and lounge on the sofa. It's also much more spacious than I expected, with a big storage compartment. I'm impressed with the natural materials used, plus the fact that it's made in the UK and for that I've found the price very reasonable. Also great is that the mattress can be replaced if it ever becomes too worn out. One downside is that the mattress tends to slide forward after a while.”
“Very comfortable as sofa and bed. A really good size sofa that fits all 5 of our family in a row comfortably (3 children under 12 years). Spacious bed too. Great to have storage. Will get cushions to make leaning on arm rests more comfortable in sofa mode.”
