I'm very sorry to hear that our Pet Stain & Odor Remover didn't work for you! This is definitely not something we typically hear of this product. This product has been known to work great at even the oldest of stains on any water-safe sealed floors. I'd recommend performing a repeat treatment and letting the solution sit for 5-10 minutes before using a highly absorbent wash cloth to soak up the remaining excess fluid. I hope this helps and please keep me updated with any progress.

“I stopped what I was doing to write this review because this product deserves it! My cat vomited DARK brown chunky liquid (sorry gross) on my LIGHT pink FUR rug and it sat there for a few days while I was on vacation. üò± I sprayed this on the mess thoroughly, let it sit for like an hour, wiped it up and pressed the towel until it was clean and I am amazed that you can‚Äôt even see where the vomit was at all! AMAZING. Wish I took before and after photos. I can‚Äôt attest to odor remover but if it‚Äôs stains you need to fix GET THIS. I‚Äôve tried other brands like Nature‚Äôs Miracle (hate the obnoxious smell of that one) and others but this is my go to for serious messes.”

“I've tried a lot of products trying to clean up puppy accidents and remove odors, this is the best product that I've been able to find. As an added plus it's gentle on the environment and much safer for my doggie. The source apple spray has also been helping to keep the heavy chewing and gnawing somewhat under control. Housebreaking isn't easy. Luckily these make cleaning up the accidents much easier.”
