Hi Barbara, Here are some simple tips to help achieve the best possible results for your pup! For healthy animals, the recommended washing interval is once every -4 weeks. However, you may feel free to wash as often as you like, because the probiotic kefir supports the skins natural biome and doesnt disrupt it. For animals with chronic skin issues, it is best to bathe the animal once every 3 days for the first two weeks, then once a week until the skin normalizes. We highly recommend using a daily-use product, like Daily-use Probiotic Deodorizer or Daily-use Probiotic Detangler. The daily-use products will provide a much needed boost of probiotic to those trouble spots. You are fine switching to a monthly or bi-monthly routine once the skin has normalized. Hope that helps and let me know if you are still not seeing results in a week or two! We are here to help! Thank you, Elyse, Skout's Honor

I have bathed our pups twice and and am very encouraged. Our beagle Millie has suffered with allergies for most of her life. This shampoo and conditioner leavea her coat shiny soft and fresh smelling. Im also seeing her skin improving with much less chewing and scratching. I will definitely be purchasing in the near future.

Ive used the conditioner only once and plan to do it again tomorrow. It worked very well.. her skin was very irritated. Its very hot in Texas and shes got lots of hair so shes gotta be miserable. Hopefully each time it will get better.
