Our Detangler is usually very moisturizing, so I apologize you didn't see those results. It is a leave-in, so did you rinse it out by chance?

“I bought this product on a whim to spend to earn a discount at my local PetValu. I have 3 other detangler at home already. Otto is beginning to get his adult coat so the mats double in size each day. I am absolutely amazed at how well this product releases the tangles and allows me to brush him out, which needs to be a daily regimen. There is a residue while I comb him but there is no greasiness left behind. The cleaner is hair is, the cleaner he feels afterward. I‚Äôve been recommending it his product to his breeds owners around the globe.
I’d say the only problem so far is that you don’t deliver in England and this product is obviously delicious. Otto wants to lick wherever I’ve sprayed it.

“This product is fantastic for my Shih Tzu's double coat. When he gets tangles, which is likely daily, it's almost impossible to remove some of the knots without pulling/having to cut the mess completely off. Since I bought the Probiotic Detangler it is a joy to brush/comb my fur baby. Have to do this almost 3-4 times a week, but I no longer dread the chore. A he looks great and loves the extra pampering.”
“The detangler has cleared up my dogs dandruff that she had since she was a pup. She is seven now and the dandruff I only see a couple of flakes here and there and she is a German Shepherd/ Lab. I talked to someone from skouts honor I don‚Äôt remember his name and he told me how to use it with the shampoo/conditioner and with the deodorizer. He told me the detangler would be like a lotion and it worked after having her on different fish oils and shampoos. This also helps with her environmental allgeries I tell everyone I know who‚Äôs dogs have any skin problems to try and use Skouts Honors products they are great and if you have any questions you can call and email them and they are so helpful and they care about the animals. Thank you Skouts honor my dogs itch is finally better. Doesn‚Äôt scratch that much might see her a couple of times. She use to scratch constantly and I‚Äôm glad I have found something to finally relieve her itch. Will keep purchasing.”
