Hi Barbara, I’m sorry you haven't seen any results yet. Although many of our customers see instant results, sometimes it will take some pets 2-4 weeks of consistent use for the skin to restore. Here are some simple tips to help achieve the best possible results for your pup! For healthy animals, the recommended washing interval is once every 2-4 weeks. However, you may feel free to wash as often as you like, because the probiotic kefir supports the skin’s natural biome and doesn’t disrupt it. For animals with chronic skin issues, it is best to bathe the animal once every 3 days for the first two weeks, then once a week until the skin normalizes. We highly recommend using a daily-use product, like Daily-use Probiotic Deodorizer or Daily-use Probiotic Detangler. The daily-use products will provide a much needed boost of probiotic to those trouble spots. You are fine switching to a monthly or bi-monthly routine once the skin has normalized. Hope that helps and let me know if you are still not seeing results in a week or two! We are here to help!

My dog SHAGGY has a SKIN problem, I have tried everything that I read about, nothing work in fact a few made him worse. I have given him another bath this afternoon. Shaggy' SKIN color is not red in fact it is looking much better, no more red . He isn't scratching and he's smiling I can see he is much better..Our favorite is PROBIOTIC LAVENDER SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER. Thank you for your products. With 5 dogs who will join SHAGGY in their lavender bath. LAVENDER in itself is HEALING. 🐕🐶🐈🐕🐶

Great shampoo! My Pekingese's chronic itchy skin problem improved after the first shampoo with Skout's Honor! Hopefully, with continued use, his skin problem will be gone! Thank you!
