Banixx is for fungal & bacteria so I clean my dog’s & multiple cat’s ears with banixx first. Then I wipe their ears with the Probiotic ear cleaner and let it dry.

This isn't something that we typically hear about and it's possible that your dog may be sensitive to one of the ingredients in our Probiotic Ear Cleaner. If you feel that the ear cleaner is making things worse then I recommend discontinuing use. We do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
