This isn't something that we typically hear about and it's possible that your dog may be sensitive to one of the ingredients in our Probiotic Ear Cleaner. If you feel that the ear cleaner is making things worse then I recommend discontinuing use. We do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I'm so sorry about that. Our ear cleaner causing a pet's ears to worsen isn't something that we hear about. I'd love to find out some more information from you. How long did you use the ear cleaner for and how frequently was it applied? What symptoms was your dog experiencing before and what did you see worsen?

“Our girl doesn't typically have problems with her ears although she is typically an itchy dog (we believe it to be environmental allergies). She loves to have her ears cleaned (she groans in pleasure as I'm cleaning them) and I thought I would add this to our sessions. I only used the probiotic solution in one ear to make sure she didn't have a reaction (which she did not). I'm excited to add this to aid in our girl's health.”
