We like to clean the visible dirt with a cotton wipe and then fill the ear with the liquid, gently massage the c ear canal and then let our pup shake her head, followed by another dry cotton wipe to get the rest of the gunk out. We've noticed that our dogs ears stay cleaner for longer with this product! Highly recommend!”
