“Not only does this wash smell amazing, my dogs coat and skin was immediately transformed. I ordered the kit, which is a shampoo/ conditioner which made my dog smell amazing, silky soft, and brightened his white. It also included the probiotic spray, which I have used on his skin in between washes. No more flaky skin, he's not itching like before, it truly is amazing. I had an issue with the sprayer on the probiotic and contacted customer service, they responded in less than an hour with a solution to my issue and had a new bottle shipped to me within a few days free of charge.

“I really really wanted this shampoo to work and based on reviews, I was hopeful so I have mixed reviews. After 3 baths, my lab was still scratching and started chewing her paws which she has never done before. The good: her coat is silky, shiny and is not shedding as much. The scent is pleasing although I think I prefer the honeysuckle scent. I tried again today but.... I used the conditioner I previously used on her. Fingers crossed that will work. I‚Äôm not sure if I will purchase this again although the cost is about half of my previous product.”
