Thank you for your feedback! We have seen this before as customers transition to a different product. This could be due to several factors including our product removing older products, a change in bathing frequency, or even environmental factors. 
We do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee so if the dandruff doesn't improve then we'd be happy to switch it out for a different product or issue a refund.

I'd love to help! For pets which chronic issues, we recommend bathing them once every three days for the first two weeks, then once a week until the skin normalizes. Once the skin has normalized you can return to a bi-monthly or monthly bathing routine. Our Probiotic Itch Relief spray can be applied daily or as needed to help soothe the skin and promote good bacteria growth in between baths. Keep us posted on your progress!
