Thanks for giving our new Probiotic Itch Relief Shampoo a try! For pets with chronic skin issues it can take up to 4 weeks of consistent use for the skin and coat to restore. We recommend bathing once every three days for the first two weeks and then once a week until the skin normalizes. Using the Probiotic Itch Relief Spray daily or as needed will also help soothe the skin and maintain good bacteria growth in between baths. Let us know how these recommendations go!
