“I love how the lil flipper gets the balance between rigidity and flexibility just right Most metal spatulas are too annoyingly stiff when used in a frying pan and plastic ones always feel like theyll breakmelt The thin edge gets under things like eggs easily instead of pushing and scrunching it up All of these features have made me wonder why Ive put up with bad spatulas for so long However it is too short to be useful for a lot of foods especially eggs which i cant get fully under and butchers them Hopefully future models are longer Love the last foreverlocal made aesthetic”
