The handle slots into the knife but is loose, unstable and unsafe as there is nothing to lock it together. I wrote an email for help and got a reply saying that I would have been sent an email saying that the mount to the sharpener was coming later. This knife is totally useless to me as it is in two pieces and I can’t use either unless I have something to lock them in together. Very disappointed since I had been waiting for the knife to arrive from 2024 when I paid for it.”

Thank you for your patience, and we’re sorry for the confusion caused by our earlier replies.
You’re correct that there were two separate matters, and we did not clearly address them at the same time.
Firstly, regarding the Trilobite mount:
This item has been delayed in production, which is why your order was split. Everything else in your order was sent ahead so you wouldn’t be waiting longer than necessary, with the mount to follow as soon as it’s ready.
Secondly, regarding the knife handle and blade:
The Modüla™ knife uses a removable handle system that is designed to be secure only once correctly locked in place. Without being properly locked, the blade can feel loose and should not be used. We’re sorry this wasn’t explained clearly in our initial response.
Our team has since followed up with additional video guidance to help ensure the blade and handle are correctly secured.
