“This knife comes as sharp as a razor blade and I have been impressed with how well it slices vegetables. The only downside is the sharpening "system" that I bought along with the knife on kickstarter. It is a single 2000 grit which I presume is great for keeping a sharp knife sharp but not suitable to revamp some of my other knives that might require a coarser grit initially. At no time during the kickstarter campaign was it made known that the sharpener was not a system and that other grits would require a further purchase. I enquired about this on the kickstarter platform 7 days ago and I am still waiting on a reply.”
