“I received my Sharpener Head and no Trilobite Mount. The included invoice said I had received both.
When I sent an email to say I had not received the Trilobite mount, I got the the explanatory email about how I (possibly) missed another email advising of further delays for the mount. So perhaps the invoice should have shown this?
I am not sure how I can review something I have never received - so maybe don't ask for a review?”
