“This thing is perfection. A good wide base that will fit everything with room to spare. After an initial wash, I did a few seasoning rounds with ghee, then right into cooking. Cooks great, got a gorgeous sear on my meat, a little bit of sticking, which I expected with the first cook. A quick wash up with hot water and brush and it's smooth again, dry with tea towel, pop over heat and a quick lick of oil, ready for next cook.”
