“We use this pan a lot It cooks crepes very nicely It is easy to get a spatula under the crepes or pancakes and flip them The pan heats evenly through the whole pan The only reason I do not call it perfect is that the handle gets hot More so than my other AusIon pans Not sure why but a silicon cover fixes that”
