“Ive only used this pan a few times since purchase and Ive gotta say I think Im on a winner As most other reviewers state theres a bit to know before diving in but its not rocket science The idea of relearning that lubrication Is your friend is a tough one as the media will have you believe that all fat is bad Do your research and work out which fats work for you and go for it The taste is better anyway
I will say I was nervous more about the clean up than actually using the pan but I used a coconut husk scrubber from Aldi and it worked a treat after Id done smash burgers with cheese I was also nervous about the weight of it as my missus doesnt like to wield a heavy pan thank god As far as cast iron goes it feels amazing
